The size of the deck is 3 1/2" x 2 1/2". Played throughout Italy, this game is most commonly played in the Liguria region.
Featuring face cards such as a King, Queen and Fante (Infantry Man), Italian playing cards most commonly consist of 40 cards per deck with four suits from 1-7 and three face cards. The back of the cards have a black and white diamond pattern with an oval-shaped crest in the center.
