As the action continued at the World Series of Poker Horseshoe Southern Indiana Circuit series event yesterday, the excitement mounted as Stephen Binkley led the group into day 2 of the $580 No-Limit Hold'em event. He was looking to go back-to-back after winning the $365 No-Limit poker event.
After 3 hours at the final table, Binkley found himself heads-up with Robert Edelstein, who had just won the $580 event a few weeks ago at the Horseshoe Cincinnati Circuit for $22,008. Edelstein quickly began to take the chip lead away from Brinkley, and never looked back. The win gave him $17,920 and his second WSOP Circuit ring.
“This is a great feeling,” Edelstein said after his win. “But I want to keep it going right into the Main Event.”
