    Louisville climbed to the top over the weekend, landing the top seed position and sitting at the top of the Vegas odds for this year's NCAA tournament. The Cardinals have been the hottest team on the floor lately, winning 10 consecutive games to secure the top spot with a 78-61 win against Sycamore on Saturday. That puts them at 29-5 for the season.     The Transportation Safety Administration, or TSA, rolled back restrictions on what you can carry on commercial air flights. The change was made in an effort to align the restricted items list with other international carriers and cut the time it takes passengers to get through security checkpoints.     Game On! Last week, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie signed a bill authorizing casinos in Atlantic City to offer online poker. They are the third state to pass legislation authorizing online poker after Nevada and Delaware recently passed legislation.
